The staff was helpful, guiding me to nearby spots for food and relaxation. While communication was a bit of a challenge, it added to the adventure, reflecting the local culture. Though not luxurious, Sao Mai fulfills its purpose well as a convenient layover spot. Guests looking for a quick recharge before or after flights will find it meets their needs without breaking the bank. A decent choice to consider if traveling in or out of Hanoi.
